Manufacturing time
Each jewel is rigorously hand made and born when you ask for it, so the delivery can’t be quick. Depending on the item, We take an average of 1 week to forge it, whereupon the delivery time will start.

The full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed, despite the postponed shipment date.

Always evaluate these conditions before you order, as We can’t make adjustments. Each piece is unique and made to order. Just Yours!

Shipping & Delivery
The shipping costs are fully charged to the customer and depends by the world zone fee applied by UPS delivery.

Once Items are produced, they will be shipped in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.
During X-mas time or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

Estimated transit time after dispatch:
​
Europe: 1-2 business days
USA and Canada: 2-3 business days, according to the final destination
Rest of World: 3-5 business days for major destinations, 7 for remote destinations.

Tracking Your Order
When the order is shipped, We will send an email to Clients specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
Returns
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Size Exchange or Refund within 10 days of the order's delivery date.
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
​The return shipment costs are totally charged to Client.

Money Back Guarantee
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Con_fusione.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal or by Bank Wite Transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Differences due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be evaluated.
